Feedback & Complaints

We welcome and encourage feedback about the service so that we can try to improve. If you are unhappy about the service you can talk to any member of staff. They will take your problem seriously and they may need to ask you further questions to help to understand why you are unhappy.

They will tell you what they are going to do about your problem. If you are not happy with what they say or you think it is very serious you can inform one of the managers directly. They will investigate your complaint and tell you what is going to happen.
