Please can you let us know as soon as possible if you or a family member presents with the above symptoms.

Can we ask that you observe and follow the latest government guidance to ensure that we all help to protect our most vulnerable people and prevent the spread of the virus.

Can you please refrain from visiting our services wherever possible, please contact the manager of your service for further information on visiting. We can arrange video calls via skype with your loved ones if needed.

Ongoing plans

We are following government and NHS England guidance, and this may unfortunately lead to service disruptions and possibly the temporary closure of some of our services. Our supported living services will remain open. We will keep you informed and ask for your support and patience in this difficult time and be ensured that we will minimise disruptions as far as possible.  If you have any concerns about your support, please contact head office on 01179562411 during office opening hours which are 8:30 – 16:30 Monday to Friday. We do offer an out of hours service on the same number but this is for emergency calls only.
